Please help with stoichiometry problem, its a lab exam!!???
we are doing an acid base titration for our exam lab, in which we have to write out our own procedure. we are given an unknown solid acid, to neutralize with a base solution. we have to use approx. 0.3 grams of acid per trial and the expection is that for for somesamples we will be expected to use approx 0.15 g. i know that i have to dissolve the acid in the water, to make a solution, and then transfer it to the flask by a volumertic pipette. i was wondering how much ml of water i should add to 0.3 g,or if needed to 0.15 g of the unknown acid to make the results accurate, and afterwards how much ml of acid should transfer to the flask by the volumetric pipette?
