Dirk resign with Dallas? Does this affect other free agent?

Well know that the free agents know that Dirk is staying with Dallas I'm sure it gives them more of a reason to sign with Dallas and play with a superstar. Kidd was also talking to these free agents to recruit them so I think this does effect the free agents in considering Dallas as one of their options.
