Question about Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian?????

Peter and Susan can't return to Narnia because they are too old, and they have learned all they needed to in Narnia. They are not going to be in the next movie (although I'd love to see them in the first few minutes of the Voyage of the Dawn Treader). In Dawn Treader the only returning Pevensie children are Edmund and Lucy.
