I am doing a project what solution will cause rust to form the fastest and i need sources!?

i need web sites that tell me about rusting and why it occurs. for my project, i am going to see in which solution steel nails will rust faster, saltwater, distilled or regular tap, is there any info on how that would affect the rusting?
