Does anyone know the name of this manga?

Ok its been ages since I read it. All i remember is that its about a girl who is a bit of an outcast and a boy who is really popular falling in love. At one point they go swimmimg together and she has on a swimming suit with sleeves on it which he says suits her. Thanks to him she becomes friends with a dark haired girl. The girl herself has short presumably blonde hair. If any one has any idea what the mangas called it would really help.
