Juan Cruz can't handle the AL?

There are very few relief pitchers that you can rely on year to year. Look at the Bentencourt and Perez. They had great years for Cleveland in 07 and sucked last year. Even closers are hit and miss. I trust nobody year to year except Nathan, Papalbon and of coarse the greatest of all time Rivera.
