Easter and Holidays!!?

Easter is soon, and I was thinking, the United States is so stupid, because Easter is when Jesus was resurrected, Well then why do we celerbrate it with the Easter bunny and Easter eggs, that has absolutly nothing at all to do with it. Same for Christmas, it's suppose to be jesus's Birthday, Well what does Santa Claus have to do with this? Why can't we do like some other countries do and lay out food or gifts for Jesus or something, you know? Easter is my LEAST faveorite holiday but only because I find it kinda silly to celebrate with easter egg hunts and stuff! Does anyone feel the same way?
