Would feeding cause me to want to eat constantly?

amen sister:-) My son is 8 month old and does not nurse as much as he used but I am still thirsty and hungry all the time. Frankly at times it is embarring. Thankfully I have lost a lot of weight since my son was born and haven't really gained much in the past 8 months. So I guess it's because I am still feeding the baby.
