The gas station destroyed my car, what am i entitled too??

I have a 98 honda prelude, the gas station messed up and put their diesel fuel into the premium gas tank and when I filled my car up I put diesel fuel in my premium unleaded tank. 2 days later my car broke down and the engine caught fire, pretty much destroying the engine. the gas station has umed responsibility. I looked on kelly blue book for the retail price but what am i entitled to from the gas station? will i need a lawyer? whats my next move?
