How to I concentrate alcohol rather than distillation?

I'm in need of very concentrated alcohol but distilling kit is'nt very available to me so how can I extract strong content of alcohol from my home made alcohol(9%) into some strong spirit(20%). Evaporation won't work either since alcohol evaporates faster than water. Thanks for any replies.
