sorry, but this is certainly a scam email. people ask here all the time about some refugee or another in Senegal. The country of origin changes, but it's always some woman who's father died in some war or another, was a member of the old government and somehow left her with millions that she now needs your help to transfer out of Africa, which of course she's willing to share with you. There is no girl, she's not in Senegal and this person wants your money.
