'How to place Bet on Favorites', is it a good horse betting system?

I have come across numerous so called 'reviews' for horse race betting system 'How to Place Bet on Favorites' by Mohammed Ali. Of course I know almost all these reviews are affiliates just trying to sell the 'How to place on favorites' horse racing system so they can make commissions. Which does not necessarily mean it is not a good horse betting system. I was just wonder if anyone out there can give me an honest and REAL opinion of 'How to Place Bet on Favorites' horse betting.
