What's the best way to get dirt and baby oil out of suede boots like Timberland's?Or get anything out of them?

They are tall and brown Timberland boots made for girls.I have this huge baby oil spot and i dont know how to get it out.Im also wondering if soap and water is okay to put on those types of boots.Remember they are light suede boots...please help me.School is starting soon...
