Would the Blackhawk: Nightedge Knife be a good survival knife?

I'm looking for a good survival knife. I'm thinking about the Blackhawk: Night Edge Knife. It comes in three different blade configurations: a traditional clip point, sharpened back edge, and a serrated back edge. All blades are 5.9" and overall are 10.9". If you think it would be a good survival knife, what blade should I choose?
